FILE 03 · The deliverable

A document, not a dashboard.

The Systemic Report arrives as a single PDF – 60 to 70 pages, written by hand over two to three weeks. It reads like a strategy memo, not a tool export. Recommended by CEOs of international platforms and the leading voices in semantic SEO.

What it is

Four layers, one document, no AI shortcuts.

Every page is built from the layer beneath it. Analytics establishes ground truth. Gap detection finds what's missing from the consensus. Mind model reconstructs how your prospects actually think. Roadmap tells your team what to ship in week one.

01

Analytics

GSC and Ahrefs data, normalized and read against your category. What's working, what's leaking, what's invisible. Includes traffic-share-by-domain analysis against three to five competitors of your choosing.

02

Gap detection

Topical maps your competitors haven't built. Reframings the consensus has missed. The seams where new categories form – eighteen months before your competitors notice them.

03

Mind model

Your obvious ICP plus the secondary profiles who would also buy. The fears that block the form fill, the biases that govern the click, the language that moves them from prospect to lead to client.

04

Get-done-now roadmap

A prioritized list your team can implement in week one. Sales call scripts. Page rewrites. Content angles. CTAs reworded. Schema FAQ pairs. Social posts. No theory. No "consider exploring".

What's actually inside

Page-by-page, section-by-section.

No mystery box. Every Systemic Report follows the same four-layer architecture – but the content of each section is built specifically for your business, your ICP, your competitive set. Two reports are never the same.

Layer 01 – Analytics

The first ten to twelve pages establish ground truth. We pull your Google Search Console queries, your Ahrefs traffic-share-by-domain against your top competitors, your conversion paths if available. We normalize the data against your category benchmarks and surface what's actually performing – separated cleanly from what merely seems to perform because of brand traffic or paid media leakage.

Layer 02 – Gap detection

The next fifteen to twenty pages identify what's missing. Topics your competitors haven't covered. Search refinements that exist in autocomplete but not in any indexed page. Question phrasings that show up in People Also Ask but lack a satisfying answer anywhere on the SERP. Each gap is scored by relevance, prominence, and search demand – the RPP score from Koray Tuğberk Gübür's semantic SEO methodology.

Layer 03 – Mind model

The middle twenty to twenty-five pages are the report's core. Here we reconstruct the psychological model of your prospects. Their fears at each stage of awareness. The biases that govern their evaluation of competitors. The reframings that would unlock decisions stuck at the consideration stage. We name your primary ICP and the two to three secondary profiles who would buy if you spoke to them – the profiles that expand your Total Addressable Market.

Layer 04 – Get-done-now roadmap

The final fifteen to twenty pages translate the model into action. Specific landing-page rewrites with before/after copy. Sales-call scripts addressing the objections we identified in Layer 03. Content briefs for the gap topics from Layer 02. Schema FAQ pairs ready to deploy. Social media posts written in your voice. Each item is prioritized by impact-versus-effort. Several clients have implemented the highest-impact items within seven days of receiving the report.

FILE 03 · 04 · Procurement

The four questions your procurement team will ask.

Q.01What does $2,750 actually cover?+

A complete 60–70 page PDF, two to three weeks of analysis and writing, a kickoff call, one revision round, and 15 social media posts plus 15 schema FAQ pairs ready for implementation.

Single fixed fee. No hourly billing. No surprises. The price has not changed since the report's launch and will not change for any project commissioned in 2026.

Q.02How does procurement work for enterprise buyers?+

We invoice directly from Frankfurt with VAT-ID where applicable. Payment via wire transfer or Stripe. We accept POs from established vendors. Standard NDA and DPA on request, signed within 24 hours.

EU contract jurisdiction. Procurement teams from Fortune 500 brands and international SaaS platforms have cleared us within five business days. Onboarding for the kickoff call begins the same day payment confirms.

Q.03What format does the report arrive in?+

A single PDF, designed for sequential reading. The structure is purpose-built so each function on your team finds their action items in the first read-through.

CMOs read the executive summary and Layer 03 (mind model). Heads of content take Layer 04 (roadmap). SEO leads work Layer 02 (gaps). Sales leadership uses the objection-handling sections from Layer 03. The PDF includes navigable bookmarks for each function.

Q.04Can we commission reports for multiple brands?+

Yes. Each brand or product line warrants its own report because demand patterns rarely transfer cleanly between them – that's actually a finding we surface in most multi-brand engagements.

Portfolio pricing applies for three or more reports commissioned together. Reach out via the fit-check call to discuss scope and sequencing.

Or stay on the consensus side. Your competitors will thank you.

Two-week lead time. Single fixed fee. Recommended by CEOs of international platforms.
